excellent stay at central location
central location kind staff soundproof windows fresh fruit
the location was excellent i walked almost everywhere the staff was very kind and always ready to help i found sound proof windows in my room i did not hear any noise from outside i had a nice breakfast every day with fresh fruit
my room was quite small and the bathroom was super tight i found getting around inside a bit difficult i think a larger room would have been more comfortable

the double room had adequate storage space but felt a bit compact for longer stays i found the decor modern and tasteful with practical furnishings the bed was comfortable with quality linens ensuring a good night's sleep

excellent recommendation safe area convenient metro
the staff was very helpful. they provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. i felt particularly safe walking around the area at night! the metro station nearby was very convenient.
my room was quite small. there was limited space for clothes. i think more storage options could be useful.

great location helpful staff wide selection
The location was excellent. I found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed all my needs. The provided breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit selection.
The gym had limited equipment. I expected a wider range of machines.

cramped room spoiled the experience
small room disappointing view
the location was acceptable, being close to rossio square.
I was disappointed with my room on the fourth floor. it was very small, parts were taken up by the eaves, and the bathroom was tiny. The door hit the toilet when opened. If you pay for a room with a view, ensure it isn't on the fourth floor, it was very disappointing for the money spent.
